Our team will review your data and migrate the information into Nutshell for you. During this process, they will match existing fields and create new ones where needed to ensure your contact data populates correctly. When importing your data, we’ll make sure the information is transferred accurately, avoiding duplicates to ensure your data remains clean and ready for use.
Exporting your data from another CRM into Nutshell is easy. Our team typically only requires access to both accounts to facilitate the import.
If not exporting from an existing CRM, our team will ask you to provide the data in CSV or Excel file format. You’ll need to format the spreadsheet with different data types separated into columns following our import spreadsheet template.
The amount of data you import can affect the time it takes to appear in Nutshell. For instance, a sizable data import may take a little longer to pull through than a short list of contacts. Regardless, you can expect to see your imported data in Nutshell within 24 to 48 business hours.
